Crossroads exists to lead people to an authentic, life-changing relationship with Jesus.
MISSION
We’re so glad to introduce you to Crossroads Church—a community of people who are passionately committed to knowing Jesus and making Him known. Whether you’re just getting to know us or have been journeying with us for a while, we want to share an important update about where God is leading us. Over the past year and a half, our leadership team has been asking God to give us fresh vision and renewed clarity for our future. The result of that process is a refreshed mission that now guides everything we do: Crossroads exists to lead people to an authentic, life-changing relationship with Jesus.

This mission reflects the heartbeat of who we are and what we do. Our core values center on evangelism and discipleship. We don’t want to just lead people to faith; we want to help them live it out. We don’t want to see half-hearted believers; we want to see fully committed, authentic ones. We don’t want to see spiritual stagnation; we want to see spiritual formation. And this is accomplished through evangelism and discipleship.

DISCIPLESHIP PATHWAY
In 1865, English novelist and poet Lewis Carroll wrote in his classic Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, “If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there.” At Crossroads, the mission is clear, and so is the road to get there. It’s called the Discipleship Pathway, a journey made up of four intentional steps: Discover, Develop, Deepen, and Deploy. Each step is designed to help individuals grow in faith, live with purpose, and move from being curious seekers to fully committed followers of Jesus.
- DEVELOP – Jesus said, “Come, follow Me.” (Matthew 4:19)After discovering Jesus, the next step is to begin following Him intentionally. This stage focuses on developing spiritual habits—prayer, Bible reading, worship, and serving—as we learn to walk in the way of Jesus with others by our side.
- DISCOVER – Jesus said, “Come and see.” (John 1:39)This is where the journey begins. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or returning after a long time away, this stage is about discovering who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him. It’s a safe place to ask questions, experience community, and encounter the love of Christ.
- DEEPEN – Jesus said, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit.”” (John 15:5)Deepening our faith means growing a rooted, abiding relationship with Jesus. In this stage, we pursue spiritual maturity, learning to depend on Christ daily, embrace accountability, and allow the Holy Spirit to shape our character and convictions.
- DEPLOY – Jesus said, “Go and make disciples.” (Matthew 28:19)Mature disciples become disciple-makers. We believe every believer is called and equipped to live on mission—whether in your neighborhood, workplace, or across the world. Deployment is about using your gifts to serve, lead, and multiply what God has done in you in the lives of others.

The key feature we want to point about the above, is that this pathway isn’t about programs—it’s about people. It’s not a checklist to complete. It’s about you. Your story. Your growth. Your relationship with Jesus. No matter where you are on the journey, there’s a next step waiting—and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
