Worship / Associate Pastor (Full Time)
Cross-functional role focused primarily on leading Sunday worship services that honor Jesus and engage people, as well as providing pastoral care to the church. Ultimately, we are seeking a champion of worship who will lead out of the overflow of a personal relationship with Jesus and time spent intimately in the presence of God. We also desire a relational pastor who will care for others spiritually, and practically equip them for the work of ministry (Eph 4:12).

Children’s Director / Coordinator
Develop and implement appropriate programs and activities for kids (baby to 5th grade). Supervise and train staff and volunteers working within Crossroads Kidzone. Plan and coordinate Sunday morning services, events, workshops, and special activities for children.

Media & Marketing Director / Coordinator
Create and execute a focused communications and marketing strategy for the whole church, primarily focused on obtaining and engaging new people and driving results for events and regular Sunday flow. Create all media and marketing collateral along with manage Social Media and website teams and content.

Operations Facility Assistant / Coordinator (Part Time)
Facility maintenance and operations – electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, etc., 5-10 hours per week, cover the Executive Director role on Sundays as needed.
