Youth Pastor (Full Time)
At its core, Crossroads is looking for our next youth pastor to have a clear sense of calling to ministry and who is passionate about the spiritual formation of today’s youth. They will lead by example, prioritize discipleship, communicate effectively to students and parents, develop leaders, and possess a relatable teaching style that easily resonates with any who listen. Overall, our next youth pastor understands the challenges and complexities of shepherding young people through their formative years and will aim to create a safe environment where a love for Jesus is nurtured.

Worship / Associate Pastor (Full Time)
The Worship / Associate Pastor position is a cross-functional role focused primarily on leading Sunday worship services that honor Jesus and engage people, as well as providing pastoral care to the church. Ultimately, we are seeking a champion of worship who will lead out of the overflow of a personal relationship with Jesus and time spent intimately in the presence of God. We also desire a relational pastor who will care for others spiritually, and practically equip them for the work of ministry (Eph 4:12).

Operations Facility Assistant / Coordinator (Part Time)
Facility maintenance and operations – electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, etc., 5-10 hours per week, cover the Executive Director role on Sundays as needed.
